This was great! I really loved the cabbage. The best part about it? Easy!
Recipe:
Drop the corned beef brisket and seasoning packet in a pot full of water, be sure the brisket is completely covered. Bring to boil and then simmer for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the size of brisket. Remove and slice into thin strips.
Remove the darker leaves from the cabbage and chop the remainder into good size pieces. Melt 3/4 stick butter (or less if you have a smaller cabbage) and toss in your green cabbage. Stir in butter and then add a couple teaspoons of Paulas House Seasoning (which you can find the recipe online).
That's all folks! And it was delicious!
