Classic Roast Turkey and Dressing

I know, a couple weeks late for this, BUT the prices on turkey's are amazing right now so I had to take advantage and check on more recipe off my list. I am not going to lie though, I was not looking forward to the turkey. Turkey = a neverending trail of muckiness in the kitchen = me doing a massive cleanup. This time, I didn't mind as much because Mark was the one that prepared the turkey and dressing. He had the day off of work and was able to jump in and get 90% of it finished up before I even got home. I had a hand in the yummy gravy though!

Classic Roast Turkey...with gravy...and dressing!

Upon sitting down to eat this, we quickly realized that this turkey and dressing was actually better than our Thanksgiving dinner. Great flavor the gravy consistency was wonderful! We did not have that much gravy at first, after following the instructions, so we decided to improvise by adding more flour and some chicken boullion. The gravy ended up a bit too salty, so that would be the one thing we took back from the recipe. Other than that, great results!

5 down.
