I. was. not. looking. forward. to. this. recipe. My momma is going to holler "fer shame on you Kylie Beth!" For those of you that may have been as confused as me, this wiener schnitzel recipe consists of veal (boo) dredged in a delightful coating. There was no hiding the fact that there was veal inside though, so I wasn't a big fan. I amdefinitely going to use this same recipe, except use chicken next time. The breadcrumb mixture made it crunchy and very tasty! As for the potato salad, it was great! It consisted of red potatoes, green onions, celery, dill pickle relish, mayo, apple cider vinegar and hard boiled eggs.
So bottom line, if it wasn't veal, it would have been good!
