My Favorite Lasagna



Dinner last night: Although this is actually the name of the recipe, I think it may actually be my favorite lasagna. Mark and I disagree about this one, our first disagreement in the cookbook. He doesn't believe this classified as lasagna because there was no ricotta cheese. I, however, believe it was amazing and didn't even care! ;) 

To sum it up: Mix sauteed onions and garlic with ground beef and spaghetti sauce, adding cream cheese to the sauce. Layer the noodles, sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
